Dry-Farmed
Our vineyard is dry-farmed, organically grown Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon wine grapes.
Dry-farmed means that there is no irrigation of any kind. All the moisture that our vines receive comes from the sky. There are no plastic water lines, no drippers, no pumps or irrigation wells, no chemical injectors.
